Harlan County Community Action Agency sponsors an annual event called "REPAIR AFFAIR." This is a one day event on which volunteers from across Harlan County repair homes for the elderly and physically handicapped at no cost to the home owner. Local business owners, clubs, schools, churches, and concerned citizens, donate all materials, labor and necessities. Repair Affair is always a success, and something the staff and participants look forward to and enjoy tremendously.
