Education Scholarship Program

This program is designed for low-income students who have completed their secondary education.

 

Eligible students compete for scholarships to assist with meeting expenses related to pursuing a post-secondary degree.

 

Harlan County Community Action Agency, through the Community Services Block Grant, makes two scholarships per year available.
