About Volunteer Initiative

Harlan County CAA has partnered with various volunteers to help serve the low-income families of Harlan County. Our volunteers can provide small to extensive home repairs for homeowners who cannot afford the high cost of materials. These dedicated volunteers continue each year to bring hope to our low-income households.
