Bid for Paving and Striping Project

Harlan County Community Action Agency, Inc. is now accepting bids on a proposed Paving and Striping Project at the offices of HCCAA located at 319 Camden Street, Harlan, Kentucky 40831. Bid packages are available to be picked up at HCCAA Offices between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. This project has a completion date of September 21, 2015.

Bid openings will be on September 4, 2015 and award will be given after review by the Kentucky Department of Transportation Delivery in Frankfort, Kentucky.

This Bid Package is subject to the requirements of Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 26, Participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises in Department of Transportation Financial Assistance Programs. Bids must remain effective for a period of ninety (90) days from the bid opening date to allow purchases.

This contact is subject to a financial assistance contract between the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and the Federal Transit Administration.
