Due to road conditions and extreme cold weather, Harlan County CAA will be closed on Thursday, Feb 20, 2025. Staff will be working remotely.  If you have a LIHEAP appointment,  you will be contacted to reschedule as soon as possible. If you know your parties extension, call 573-5335, most staff will have calls forwarded to their cell phones. Transportation is closed.
