The Harlan County Community Action Agency will receive sealed bids for a New Full Size Passenger Van, automatic transmission, for our Transportation Department, 319 Camden St, Harlan, KY 40831 in the Office of the Transportation Director until 2:00 p.m. EST on March 13, 2023.
