About the Role
A dispatcher manages communication, scheduling, and tracking of field units while logging information into computer-aided dispatch systems and ensuring efficient resource allocation to maintain safety and productivity. This role requires thinking on your feet to resolve logistical issues, address unforeseen challenges, and adapt to changing conditions or priorities. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential to manage numerous calls and tasks simultaneously, along with the ability to quickly analyze situations, make sound decisions, and prioritize tasks under pressure.
